With a background in psychology that began in 1997 and over 30 years in the field of dentistry, Faye’s path into wellness has been anything but linear. But that’s what makes it real. Her journey is one of deep listening—first to science, then to spirit, and now to the body’s own quiet intelligence.

 

As a certified Breathwork coach, life guide, and environmental toxin specialist, Faye blends modern research with ancestral wisdom to create healing experiences that are both rooted and expansive. She studies sleep-disordered breathing, microbiome health, blood optimization, and toxic reduction—not out of obligation, but from a place of profound curiosity and care. Every bit of knowledge becomes a thread in the tapestry she weaves for her clients.

 

Whether you’re stepping into breathwork for the first time or returning to deepen your practice, sessions with Faye feel like a homecoming.
